SPORTING.
The Dunedin Cup was run for yesterday with the following result Vanguard 1, Trenton 2, Minerva 3. The winner was the hoi favorite, mid consequently none of the sports '-.ne at all surprised at the result of the race, Minerva, tie third horse was w. 11 ro the front, and as ■au outsider stood a good chance of upsetting the calculations of the talent .
