Kermode, Esp.; Lincolnshire Hero bred by Ur Geoige Stan» thrope; Lincolnshire Hero by young Honest John. Lincolnshire Hero’s dam was by Old Sampson. St.nlet’s dam was Grace Darling, got by England's Hope; grand-dam Black Diamond, imported from Tasmania by Mr Fraser, of Mans. Young Hero, when shown as a yearling at tie Northern Agricultural Show, against a number of celts, gained the first prize. Young Hero, when a two-year old, was shown at the Great Western Agricultural Show, and took the first prize against all comers, be also, at the same time, gained the first prize for being the nest two year old Lincoln colt got by Lincolnshire Hero. Young Hero, when a three year old, took the first prize at the Wai* kouaiti ai.d Shag Valley Agi icultural and Pastoral Association. Sib William Wauaci is a beautiful mottled bay with four black points, rising 4 years old, stanos 17 hands high, with immense bone and substance. He was bred by William Boag, Esq., of Burnside Cante-bury. His sire was the imported horse Prince Charlie, bred by James Bicol Fleming, Esq., Scotland, whose stock is not equalled by that of any other breeder in Great Britain. He is also brother to the champion horse in Scotland, the Prince of Wales, who has lately been sold for 1500 guineas to Lawrence Drew a*. oi Merry ton. Prince Charlie took first priaa in Christeburch, in 1872, beating a field of eight others, sit of them imported, and all aged horses but one, ho himself being only throe years old ; and the same day a special prias for the beat animal on the ground.
