PKKSS AGENCY. Sydney, Monday. London, November 21st. The British ambassador at St Petersburgh had a most cordial audience with the Emperor Alexander ofr 2nd Nov. The Czar urged that complete arrangement should exist between England and Bussia on the Eastesn question, whose alma he were identical.
