NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORATE.
Nominations closed last Monday evening for vacancies on the Board of Directors of the New Zealand Cooprative Dairy Company, Ltd., caused by the retirement by rotation of Messrs R. J. Glasgow, P. 0. R. Phillips, W. H. Allen and Geo. Buchanan. The following are the nominations received for the various districts: Northern Electoral District: Mr R. J. Glasgow (sitting member): Mr r! P. Dane. Huapai. South-Eastern Electoral District: Mr W. H. Allen (sitting member): Mr E. D. White, Putaruru. South-Western Electoral DistrictMr F. 0. R. Phillips (sitting member returned unopposed). Paeroa JVard of the Thames Valley Electoral District: Mr Geo. Buchanan (sitting member returned unopposed). The poll will close on Saturday August 20th.
