While this consultation was'going ,on Demetral caught hold of Walker’s head and brought him over the ropes back into the ring with a flying mare. Walker regained his feet and threw Demetral, securing the deciding fall with a body press. Demetral at once jumped to his feet and, gesticulating wildly, commenced to argue with the referee. It was some seconds before he could be pacified by his seconds and members of the Auckland Wrestling Association, the spectators hooting the while. Demetral Stated in his dressing room subsequently that he was under the impression that the referee, Mr C.
