In connection with the special picture entertainment, screening " Torn Sawyer," at the local Regent Theatre to-night and to-morrow evening, for the benefit of the funds of the Te Awamutu District High School, arrangements have been made to supplement the very attractive motion picture programme with a short selection of vocal items by school children. Yesterday afternoon and this morning the school choir held rehearsals at the theatre, and patrons to-night should thoroughly enjoy the items.
