SUBDIVISION OF FARMS.
WHAT AUSTRALIA IS DOING. We have alredy stated in these col umns that probably more progress has been made in Australia than in New Zealand in the proper grazing control of grass. An indication of the progress being made in Victoria at least is the statement of a Victorian friend of the writer that a Melbourne surveyor is making quite a good living out of surveying schemes for farmers in connection with pasture improvement Work in that State!
