ABDUCTION CHARGE
EVIDENCE UNSATISFACTORY.
WANGANUI, Wednesday.
The sequel to the detention of Albert Hatton Taylor, together with a young woman and her step-brother, all of Wanganui, on arirval at Sydney last month was heard in the Magistrate's Court to-day, when Taylor was charged that with intent to deprive Nellie Tucker of the possession of her eight year old child he did unlawfully take the child to Sydney. The case was dismissed, owing to the unsatisfactory nature of the mother's evidence, which was contradictory throughout.
