DAMAGES AWARDED
MOTOR COLLISION SEQUEL
AUCKLAND, this day. A verdict for the plaintiff for £1750 general damages and £2BB 13s special damages was given by a special jury in the Supreme Court last evening in the action by Arthur Jack Woods, chauffeur (Mr Gould), against Dr J. F. Richards (Messrs. Finlay and Wallace), to recover £2200 general damages and £384 special damages, with respect to injuries received in a collision which occurred on March 11, 1928, at the corner of Remuera Road and Green Lane.
