WOMEN'S DIVISION OF N. Z. FARMERS' UNION.
(To the Editor.)
Sir. —I note with interest that Mrs Poison is to address a meeting in behalf of the Women's Division of the Farmers' Union on Friday. Having had personal experience of the splendid work the Women's Division housekeepers do, I would like to let other farmers' wives know how capable and entirely reliable and trustworthy these housekeepers are. Manv of our farmers' wives in the back country do not know of the organisation or that these housekeepers and nurses are available to help or relieve tired mothers and housekeepers, who otherwise can't get help when they badly need it. I hope Te Awamutu district will be able to form a strong branch, after hearing what Mrs Poison has to say about the Division, which has its social side as well as practical side. I cim etc FARMER'S WIFE.
