BOYS LEAVING SCHOOL
PROBLEM OF EMPLOYMENT. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Monday. A meeting of headmasters of secondary and primary schools, and representatives of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Shopkeepers' Association, and Y.M.C.A., which was convened by Mr F. Wilson, inspector of factories, was held in Hamilton today to consider the formation of a juvenile employment committee. The question of finding avenues of employment for boys leaving school was discussed at length, and it was decided to ask Mr Wilson to obtain information respecting the number of boys seeking employment. A further meeting will be held later.
