CONCERN TO LIQUIDATE. tßv Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Friday. The Waikato Associated Farmers, Ltd , which was .formed in Hamilton in December, for the purpose of supplying ‘ shareholders with seed*, manure, implements and other farm requisites, ■' decided to-day to go into voluntary liquidation. The chairman, Mf E. M. Masters, said the' company lost £I6OO last year in • connection with an unfortunate purchase of, slag, which had to be sacrificed at auction. The company had not been able to recover from that setback arid, in order that no further loss should be' sustained, a largelyattended meeting of shareholders, on the recommendation of the directors, decided to go into voluntary liquidation. Mr Masters said it was expected the estate would pay 20s in the pound. Mr T. G. Reynolds was appointed liquidator.
