MENTALLY DEFICIENT
MAN GETS TWO YEARS' INCARCERATION.
(By Telegraph. Press Association.) CHRISTCHUROH, This Day.
A man, aged 37, said to be a mental defective, was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment for indecent assault. The Crown Prosecutor said prisoner was mentally deficient but a menace to the community, and he therefore must be restrained.
