A MISSING MAN
BODY FOUND IN RIVER,
BLENHEIM, Friday,
The body of William Henry Groves (28). single, has been found in the Awatere River. He was employed as cowman at Weld’s Hill, and on the morning of May 28 forded the river on horseback with the mail and failed to return. It is known that after cross-' ing he met a companion, who informed the police that deceased had gone Efforts to locate the man failed and a Search of ‘the river resulted in the discovery of the 'body.
