OPERATIVE SEPTEMBER Ist
At its meeting last Wednesday the Dairy Export Control Board decided ,that, ..as export licenses had been issued under limited, control for a twelve month period, terminable on August 31st. the institution of absolute control should become operative as from September Ist. The original date, August Ist, was. chosen because of being the commencement of the Board's financial year, and so that the new measure would be brought into line with the insurance contifact which terminates at the end of July. To avoid any possible interference with, the licenses, the date of inception is deferred one month.
