The No. 3 Arapuhi camp, at the Mako quarry, is now completed. ' T,he erection of the trestle towers for the ropeway from the quarry to Arapuni is now making marked progress, and the ropeway itself has arrived at Putaruru, as has also the four ton cableway to be erected across the gorge at the dam site to deliver the sand from Brandon’s Pool from the west side of the gorge to the concrete mixers on the east side.
