AUCKLAND BURGLARS
ANIPFLYNN GUILTY. Td RE SENTENCED ON MONDAY.

, Robert Heaton Munro and Daniel Thomas Flynri' were indicted at' the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Herdman on seventeen charges of breaking and entering and theft a,nd conversion of stolen property. Mr MOLiver appeared for Munro, and Mr A. Moody for Flynn. Mr Meredith prosecuted. Flynn 'pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and theft of goods valued at £367; breaking, entering and theft of goods to the value of £450. He also pleaded guilty to two charges of having fraudulently converted stolen property. Munro pleaded guilty to charges of breaking, entering and theft of goods valued at £175 £450, £2l, £29, £29 13s 6d, £367, £57 7s 6d, and also to a charge of theft in respect of goods valued at £4O. Prisoners were remanded for sentence till Monday morning. /
