DISASTROUS HURRICANE.
NEW HEBRIDES MISSION WRECKED. ' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. News comes to hand from Vila, New Hebrides, that a hurricane which visited the group three nwnths ago destroyed the Melanesian mission station at Opa Island, north of the New Hebrides. Some anxiety is felt for the safety of the several school buildings on other islands, particularly of those in the same region as Opa.
