PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Kihikihi Town Band is hereby authorised to make a charge of One Shilling each for adults and Sixpence each for children for admission to the Kihikihi Domain on MONDAY, 2nd January, 1922. TO THE OWNERS OF THE FOLLOWING LANDS, THAT IS TO SAY : 1. —All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 2, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland; bounded on the north-east by a street 100 links wide. 200 links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 1, 500 links; on the southwest by Allotment No. 6, 200 links; and on the north-west by Allotment No. 3, 500 links; the -last registered transactions in respect of' which being Conveyance No. 633, from Charles Fisher, the Crown grantee, to Thomas Keena, of Harapepe, Military Settler. 2. —All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 5, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland; bounded on the north-east by Allotment No. 1, 200 links;on the south-east by a line,soo links;on the south-west by a street 150 links wide, 200 links; and on the northwest by Allotment No. 6, 500 links; and being all the land granted by unregistered Crown grant, dated 29/3/1867, to Frederick Rushtein, Private, No. 2 Company, Forest Rangers. 3. —All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 8, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland; bounded on the north-west by Allotment No. 4, 200 'links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 7, 500 links; on the south-west by a street 150 links wide, 200 links; and on the north-west by a street 200 links wide, 500 links; and being all the land granted by unregistered Crown grant, dated 19/11/1870, to William Stephenson, Private, No. 2 Company, Forest Rangers. 4. —All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment No. 28, Town of Harapepe, Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland; bounded on the north-east by a street 150 links wide, 200 links; on the south-east by Allotment No. 27, 500 links; on the south-west by allotment No. 32, 200 links; and on the north-west by a street 200 links wide, 500 links; and being all the land granted by unregistered Crown grant, dated 27/11/1869, to Nicholas Marsh, Private, No. 2 Com- ' pany, Forest Rangers.

Whereas, after due inquiry, the owners of the above described lands cannot be found, and whereas the said owners have no known agents in New Zealand : Now, the Public Trustee hereby ! calls upon such owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee their title to the said lands. If such owners fail or neglect so to establish their title the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part 11) and its amendments.
