Between W. F. Lees and Co., Storekeepers, Plaintiffs, and Kinohaku Heke, of Kihikihi, Aboriginal Native, Defendant. WHEREAS Kinohaku Heke, the above nairied defendant, was, on. the, 10th day of March, 1921, duly adjudged by the Magistrate's Court, sitting at Te Awamutu, to pay the sum of £B7 \la 6d, together with-costs amounting to £5 lis 6d, claimed by W. F.
