GOVERNMENT HOUSING.
DECISION AWAITED. (By Telegraph—Press Association).) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Government has decided not to accept the scheme of house building . under which four large Wellington builders, in conjunction with the Building Workers Federation, undertook large scale construction subject to the State's financial backing. Building employees have submitted another'scheme, guaranteeing to supply labour for Government housing. No decision has been reached by Cabinet.
