In the House next Wednesday Mr J. A. Young (Waikato) is to ask the Prime Minister whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce legislation this session with a view to ameliorating the hardship under which many superannuated! public servants are suffering owing to the reduced purchasing power of the sovereign since they retired on superannuation from the Public Service.
