A proposal has been adopted to hold a mass meeting of farmers durthe week of the National Dairy Show at Palmerston North to consider the question of furthering the interests of the Farmers’ Unions and to consider suggestions for organising all the farmers in the Dominion. A subcommittee has been formed to draw up a programme and make the necessary arrangements.
