Sir,—A, dairyman -,seems to imply that the teaching of milk-testing in schools is a rarity. A large number of schools teach this subject, and it has been taught in Kihikihi School for several years. Moreover milk is tested there on payment of 2d a test to defray expenses.—Yours etc. ARTHUR M. PERRY.
