Young (Waikato) directed the following enquiry to the Minister of Defence : Whether in the event of the Government deciding to establish provincial military training camps, he will take into consideration the claims of tile Cambridge district, which has already proved itself an ideal camping ground? Note.—Four thousand men have camped at Cambridge without sickness, and from the nature of the subsoil it loudly lends itself to perfect chantage. The Hon.
