Accounts: Casual advertisements are debited monthly; standing contract, advertisements and subscriptions are debited quarterly (March, June, Sept- ' ember and December). Charges connected with new contracts will be adjusted to the nearest quarter day and charged quarterly thereafter. Discounts : No discount will be allowed on any account under £1 or on any account paid after the due date. Advertising accounts are otherwise subject to a discount of 5% for “in advance” payments, and 2on monthly accounts. All subscription accounts are nett. OFFICE HOURS.
