FEDERAL SCHEME. CRITICISM OF LABOR LEADER. (Australian and N.Z. Press Assn.) (Received This day, 0.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This day. The Federal Labor leader, Mr St*ullin, criticising the proposed national insurance scheme, said he regretted the omission from the bill of unemployment insurance, which was most urgent. He added that the proposed legislation merely covered accident and sickness, which were partially provided for already by old-age and invalid pensions.
