AMERICAN MASONS MOVING. ON RIGHT LINES. VICTORY BEFORE NEGOTIATIONS. Reuter Message. NEW YORK, August 20; The “New York Tribune” publishes a cablegram from Mr J. L. Garvin, editor of the “Observer,” stating that Masons are working secretly at peace terms agred upon by Masonic delegates from the Entente Allies, and are ready to launch a great peace effort to combat the Vatican and Stockholm efforts.
He says: We will negotiate after pi'V'fry, not before.
