AT THE BRITISH LABOR ATTITUDE. TOWARDS STOCKHOLM CONFERENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received This Day, Noon). AMSTERDAM, August 13. The “Vorwaerts” rejoices in the British labor party’s decision to attend the Stockholm Conference as the first step towards peace. It says: — “This cannot remain the only step. The British delegates will learn that it is impossible to preach a continuation of the war by giving the German minority Socialists additional evidence against the German Government. A single discussion with the German delegates lias shown the British how naive they are.”
