FACING STARVATION.
PLIGHT OF NORWAY AND HOLLAND. Reuter Message. (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 2. Mr Hansen, head of a Norwegian mission, declares that Norway is facing starvation. She is willing to release a million tons of shipping in return for the privilege of importing food. Holland is also willing to exchange ships for food provided the ships are not sent to the submarine zone.
