NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Waipawa County Council held on FRIDAY, the 7th day of July, 1016, the following reso’ution was passed and will be submitted for coniimiation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on FRIDAY, the 4th day of August, 1916, at the Council Chambers:— RESOLUTION. “In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the “Counties Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereof, and Section 3 of the “Public Health Amendment Act, 1910,” the Waipawa County Council hereby resolves as follows: “For the purpose of providing for the expense of the removal of nightsoil from the Township of Takapau, the said Council hereby makes and levies on the occupier of every property in the Township of Takapau, on which a dwelling is erected, the following annual fee For weekly removals, an annual foe of £2 per privy. For fortnightly removals, ah annual fee of £1 per privy.” Such annual fee to be for the period from Ist April, 1916, to 31st ■ March, 1917, and to be payable in one sum at the County Office, Waipawa, on the Ist day of September, 1916. h Dated this 18th day of July, 1916.
