A RAID.
ON CONSTANTINOPLE. A LONG FLIGHT. LONDON, April 17. The Press Bureau states that three naval aeroplanes on Friday eveningraided Constantinople and dropped bombs on the Zeitonlik powder factory and aeroplane hangars. Another bombed the railway station at Adrianople. Squadron Commander Smyth-Pig-gott and Flight Lieutenants Satory, Dickinson and Barnato participated and all returned safely. The flight to Constantinople and back is over 300 miles. They had fine weather at the start but adverse conditions supervened, witli rain, wind and a thunderstorm.
