[Per Press Association] Wellington, This day Addressing the jury in the Times v, Dominion libel aotioD, Mr Justice Hoekjog said the true mearnDg of the article complained of waß for the jury to determine, not fer him. He had nothing whatever to say as to whether it was in fact a libel or not. Tha inrv retired at 11 45.
