A Girl Murdered.
SYDNEY, Yesterday
A girl of 16 named Lilian Bridge, the daughter of a dairy, farmer near MaitJ laud, was found butchered in a paddock with hor head fearfully battered, evidently by a tomahawk or axe. A young man named Green has been arreßted on suspicion.

Lilian Bridge, at tha time of the tragedy, was en route to moet her younger sister, who was employed in the house of Green’s father.
