Stock Sale.
Williams and Kettle, Limited, report : We held within the Waipawa saleyardH, yesterday, a salo of cattle and sheep, wheu there was a fair yarding of stock. Buyers were forward in fair numbers, and this made price? fairly high, especially for fat sheep, top prioe being got by Messrs Rathbone Bros, for wethers and ewes, whioh were bought by the local butchers. Quotations : Fat wethers 15s lOd, fat ewes 14s 15d, twotooth ewes to 9s, f.f m. ewes toCs, lambs 3s. Young pigs to 15s.
