(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This day After tho case Pikiraugi v. the East Cease Commissioner, now being argued in the Appeal Court, the case of Bruce v. the Wuugauui Education Board will he taken. Then tho case of Donnelly v Meinertzhugmi (Napier). The Court will not sit duriug the Easter vacation, from tho ldth to 20th inst. The cases fixed will probably oooupy tho Court until the vuoation.
