CONDITIONS, &c. Nominations, with fees, colonrs, and all performances for events numbered 5,6, 8, and 20, must be in the hands of the Secretary on or before SATURDAY, 6 b February. Handicaps will be declared on THURSDAY, 11th February ; and Acceptances clobo on WEDNKSDvY, 17th February. All other entries may be made on tbe ground No nomination, acceptance, or entry will be received under any circumstances unledfe accompanied by the proper fet s. Assumed names will not be allowed. Points for aggregate count—lst 5, 2nd 3,3-d 2 j All protests must be in writing, and most be lodged with the Seoretary within 15 minutes of disputed events, accompanied with a fee of ss, which shall be forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. Competitors will wear numbers supplied by the Committee. A deposit of 6d to be made for number, to be returned when number is given up. All events, Bicycle Handicap excepted, to be contested under the Rules of the Society, copies of which will be posted oo the ground. The Bicycle Handicap will be run under tbe Rules of tbe League of New Z aland Wheelmen, and is open only to members of affiliated clubs. Brass Band in attendance. Special Train arrangements.
