RULES & GENERAL CONDITIONS. 1. Races 3 and 6 will be open to all horses 2. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 3. A Hack shall mean a horse whose winnings io any one race do not ex ceed £4O at time of starting (back and hunter races excepted). 4. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. 5. The attention of owners and trainers is particularly called to Rule 75 of the “ Rules of Racing,” which will be strictly enforced. 6 In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and performances of horses and colour of the rider must bo given. 7 Metropolitan “Rules of Racing,” will be adhered to.
