NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waipawa Town Board to apply to the Colonial Treasurer under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans and Government Loans to Local Bodies Acts, 1886, for a loan of .-£6OO, for the purpose of : lHt, opening Waverley Street and new road to the bush, .£3OO ; 2nd, for drainage, £3OO. Cost of raising the Loan to bo paid out of same.
