Ormondville, Wednesday, December 8. (Before Captain Preece, R.MJ CRIMINAL. On the application of Elizabeth Pettcrgen, her husband Jens Christian Pettersen was ordered to pay 10s a week for maintenance. CIVIL CASES. W. D. Jones v W. W. Gundrie. —Claim £9 158 for wages due. This case occupied mine time and resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for £1 18s, and costs 12s. It. Russell v James C. Collin.—Claim (for rales to Ormondville Town Board) 15s. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs of court Os, witness’ expenses, 2s. It. Russell v S. Dirvers.—Claim (for rates) 10s. Judgment for plaintiff for amount, costs of court, 8s ; and witness’ expenses, 2s. It. Russell v. D. Smith.—Claim £2 lls (rates). Judgment for plaintiff for amount, costs of court, Os-; mileage, 2s ; and witness’ expenses, 2s. Henderson Bros, and Wrattv E. Kemp. —Claim £8 4s 3d. Judgment for amount claimed, costs of court, £1 2s ; witness’ expenses, 7s. The court then adjourned.
