Ormondville Road Board.
Present : Messrs Fothcrgill (chair), Nowling, A. E. Webber, and J. Nielsen. Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed. Correspondence from Commissioner of Crown Lands advisng the Board that tlieir recommendation regarding the expenditure of returned thirds (£PJ) had been approved of and voucher for tlio amount bad been passed for payment. Tlio Board decided to gut specifications for this cx peiiditure ready for its next meeting. As there was only ono tender received for the contract of forming and metalling 71 chains of the Cemetery Hoad, it was resolved to call for fresh tenders. Tho work on Fothergill’s Hoad is expected to bo finished before tlio uext meeting. In reply to a question from ono of tlio members it was stated, that tlio Board’s banking account showed now a credit
