Friday Meet of Waikato Hounds At Eureka
A good field of riders gathered at the Eureka Hall on Friday for a meet of the Waikato Hounds. There were several qualifiers out, several of which raced at Te Rapa next day—but without success.
Hounds hunted well and several good runs resulted over the properties of Messrs Clarkin, Johns, Stokes and Coles. Morning and afternoon tea was provided at the hall by the Eureka enthusiasts, for which the Master, Mr Wynn Brown, returned thanks.
