NOT GUILTY
Ronald Wilfred Vallis, aged 30, invalidity pensioner, of Cambridge, appeared before Mr Justice Stanton in the Supreme Court,' Hamilton, last week charged with unlaAvful carnal knoAvledge. Accused, who was represented by Mr N. S. Johnson, pleaded not guilty, to this charge and also to an alternative charge of attempted unlaAvful carnal knowledge, on or about February 13, 1949. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty on both counts and Vallis was discharged.
