Because it is not only one of the smaller companies, but a most compact and efficiently run one at that, the Bruntwood Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., has, for long enough, been recognised as one of the soundest in South Auckland. Again this season Bruntwood is high up in pay-out, its actual figure being 20.128 d, and on top of this must be added the farm cost allowance of .767 d per lb. butterfat.
