May 19— Japanese heavy bombers numbering 34 and 15 fighters attacked Port Moresby, in New Guinea. One enemy bomber was shot down and three others were damaged. , H
Allied aeroplanes attacked Japanese shipping in Koepang! Bay, in Dutch Timor. Two enemy < transports .were destroyed.
