At the sitting of tho Arbitration Court at Hamilton yesterday, Mr Justice Fraser referred to the new Court house as “a shocldng place to hear anyone. ” One of the counsel remarked that the conditions were better when tho room was filled with people. Witnesses had frequently to' be asked to "speak up, please.’ ’
