CLUBS' ANNUAL MEETINGS. THE LEAMINGTON CLUB. The annual meeting of the Leamington Club was held in 'the Town Hall last evening when, the president, Mr T. A. Hicks, presided over a fair attendance. The Report. The annual report showed that the year, on the whole, had been a fairly satisfactory one. Regret was expressed that owing to the shortage of players the seniors were not able to play off the cup tie final with Hautapu. The juniors tied with Tauwhare in the competition. The third-grade put up an excellent performance in winning the banner with an undefeated record. Congratulations were extended to J. Hjorth as winner of Mr Hounslow's medal for the most improved junior player. Sympathy was expressed with Mr A. Lynds, one of the club's delegates, in an unfortunate accident. The report indicated that Mr T. Dagg, senr., club delegate, did not intend to seek re-election as an active Officer and appreciation of his services was placed on record. Congratulations were extended to all members gaining representative honours. The report concluded with the hope for a successful season. Balance Sheet. The balance sheet .showed that the year commenced with a credit balance of £ls 3/3 and concluded with a credit of £l7 8/11. The report and balance sheet were adopted. Election of Officers. Patron, Mr W. Vosper; president, Mr T. A. Hicks (re-elected); vice-presi-dents, Messrs J. W. Garland, F. Lye, M.P., W. Richmond, W. Morse,, T. Hounslow and T. Forkett; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr C. Kelly (reelected); management committee. Messrs E. Forkett,-J. Harris, A. G. Clow, N. Morse, E. Hall; delegates to annual meeting of sub-union, Messrs T.' A. Hicks, J. Harris and E. Hall. The appointment of permanent delegates was held over to the first meeting of the management committee. Club captain, Mr C. Kelly (re-elect-ed). Selectors: Senior, Mr E. Hall; junior, Mr T. Forkett; third-grade, Mr A. G. Clow.

Subscription: Seniors, 2/6; juniors, 1/6; third-grade, free. Colours: Blue and white (as before).

The secretary was instructed to write the Domain Board for the use of the grounds for the incoming season.

Thanks were extended to all who, in any way, assisted the club last season.

THE TAUWHAREI CLUB.

The annual meeting of the Tauwhare Football Club was held on Friday last, before a good attendance. The balance sheet was road showing a credit of £2 13/9. Election of Officers.

Werner, senr., W. Hastie, P. Dingle, T. Neil and R. Barker; secretary and treasurer, Mr D. Fell (re-elected); selectors, Messrs D. Moon, R. Nicholls and P. To Kata; club's delegates, Messrs R. Nicholls and P. Te Kata.

A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Mr F. W. Masscy for the use of his paddock last season. It was also decided that Mr Masscy be an honorary vice-president. The meeting decided that a practice be hold on Wednesday, 26th inst., at 1 p.m., players and intending players being urged to attend.

All delegates, club members and enthusiasts are finally reminded that, as advertised, the annual meeting of the Cambridge Rugby Union will be held in the Oddfellows' Hall on Thursday evening, at 8 o'clock.
