SMASH AT CROSSING

COLLISION WITH TRAIN. ' MOTOR CYCLIST INJURED. MATANGI, Yesterday. On Saturday morning while riding his motor cycle into Hamilton, Eric Brazcndale, a factory hand employed at Manawa-ru cheese factory, crashed into the Cambridge train at the MaHangi level crossing at 10.30. The machine was wrecked, and the rider sustained injuries to the back, necessitating his removal to the Waikato Hospital. The crossing is not considered a dangerous one, although the view of approaching trains is somewhat obscured to traffic.
