YESTERDAY'S TOURNAMENT.

One-day tournaments have become very popular this year, and yesterday the Cambridge Club held a most successful fixture comprising 16 full rinks. The weather was all that couid be desired, and the green was in good condition. The play was drawn in two sections, and five games of 11 beads were played. The Final. The final of 11 heads was then played between Whitton and James, but the game ended in a tie, 17 all, and another game of 21 heads will be played on Monday next.
