RACING ACCIDENT.
TWO JOCKEYS INJURED. Several accidents occurred at the To Aroha races yesterday. Five horses fell in the Piako Hurdles, and Goldfinch (rider of Arikitoa) was severely injured. In the Elstow Handicap, Chandler (rider of To Apurangi) was injured. A Press Association from To Aroha this morning states that Goldfinch shows slight improvement. His injuries are internal and serious, and his re-, covery will be slow. Chandler, who received head . injuries, is making good progress.
